We will continue to showcase the latest ingredient technologies in our portfolio and the people who masterfully apply them to solve our customers' challenges. If you missed it at IFT, we recently launched EUOLIGO® FOS, a soluble dietary fibre recognized as a prebiotic in the United States, among many other countries. EUOLIGO® FOS adds to our robust soluble fibre portfolio with additional functionality and processing benefits, supporting fibre fortification or sugar reduction in a wide range of food and beverage applications. TASTEVA® SOL Stevia and ARTESA Chickpea Flour will be on display, catering to formulators seeking innovative solutions.

Our prototypes

We are passionate about offering some of the best tasting prototypes at any show we attend, and Supply Side West will be no different. We'll have three brand new prototypes to wow your tastebuds, plus one repeat concept, which was so good that we had to bring it back. Attendees can experience prototypes like the Caramel Mocha Soft Baked Energy Bar (caffeine-infused), Lavender Lemonade Functional Beverage (excellent source of fiber and features TASTEVA® SOL Stevia), and Prebiotic Raspberry Cherry Yogurt Drink. We will also be showcasing our proprietary solution for nutritional gummies, with a focus on delivering delicious taste and texture with minimal sugar, added fiber, and vegan-friendly ingredients. 

Our donation

We are partnering with Chefs for Kids to support a donation programme providing nutrition education in Clark County School District's Title 1 schools. The aim of the programme is to reach more than 225,000 students through face-to-face interactions and educational programs. We're looking forward to engaging in with visitors to our booth at the event and giving back to the local community.
