Tate & Lyle are delighted to be launching Stabiliser University™, the first online science-based stabiliser education programme of its kind, with module one airing on Tuesday 13 April 2021. The curriculum begins with an hour-long webinar on ‘Stabiliser Fundamentals’, covering the basic principles of formulating with stabilisers, challenges stabilisers can solve in food and beverage formulations, and how manufacturing and processing can impact formulation choices.
