We are excited to participate in Sustainability Magazine’s Sustainability London Live 2023 conference, which welcomes thousands of sustainability professionals annually, as a sponsor and panel host.
According to the recent IPCC report, food system emissions, from agricultural production, land use, packaging and waste management, account for nearly a third of global emissions. Most leading food and drink producers recognise that reducing greenhouse gas emissions from their supply chain (Scope 3 emissions) and safeguarding precious natural resources will make the biggest positive impact, which is why supplier programmes are so important.
Anna Pierce, Tate & Lyle’s Director of Sustainability, will be joined by experts from Earthwatch Europe and the Food and Drink Federation in a session focused on how businesses can strengthen climate resilience in their supply chain through collaboration.
- The conference will be held on 6 and 7 September 2023 at the Business Design Centre, London.
- Our panel session starts at 3:45pm on Thursday 7 September.
- It will pick up themes from our recent sustainability article series published in Sustainability Magazine.
