Beth Nieman Hacker, Director of Global Insights & Analytics, will be kicking off day two of the event, with a keynote presentation on The Dairy Consumer: Behaviours Driving Market Trends.
Beth will discuss the promise shown in the Middle East and Africa regions for growth in the dairy and non-dairy spaces. Consumers’ consumption behaviours of dairy products are changing, and there are opportunities for fuelling new growth and bringing solutions that appeal to different consumer generations. Particularly, finding new ways to bring consumers back to the dairy categories who may have recently decreased their consumption.

Kavita Karnik, M.Med.Sci., PhD, Global Head of Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs, will discuss Gut Health: The New Frontier for Health and Wellbeing.
In the post-pandemic world, gut health has been receiving a lot of attention from both consumers and researchers alike. This presentation will highlight the newer frontiers offered by improving gut health, including the scientific data in relation to cardiometabolic and bone health. The dairy industry is uniquely placed to offer consumer-friendly solutions for supporting gut health through consumer education, reformulations, and fortification.
