Our TENDERFIL® non-GMO Starches have good freeze-thaw stability and can be used in various applications, including soups, sauces, dressings and dairy products to provide thickening. As tapioca starches they provide a very clean flavour, which is great for use in delicately flavoured systems.

Our TENDERFIL® Starch range offers varying shelf stability, resistance to breakdown during processing, and specifications. These starches provide thick creamy texture and clean taste.
