Our innovative clean-label starch will soon be even more sustainable.

 

CLARIA® G is a non-GM, European produced evolution of our CLARIA® Functional Clean-label Starch range, with a sustainability advantage. With the same functionality, labelling and process tolerance benefits of the original versions of CLARIA® Functional Clean-label starch, CLARIA® G uses a new production process that reduces its carbon footprint by 34% and water use by 35%1, offering yet another point of differentiation to your products.

To be launched in early 2025, the initial CLARIA® G range will include three key products of the CLARIA® range - Essential, Plus and Elite. The remaining products in the CLARIA® range will later also be transitioned to this new, more sustainable production process.

CLARIA® Essential, Plus and Elite

A starch solution for every process tolerance requirement. Our range of non-GMO corn starches that thicken well when cooked under a range of food processing conditions and delivers a clean taste and white colour.

 

CLARIA EVERLAST®

Solve your most extreme processing challenges with CLARIA EVERLAST®, a range with three non-GMO starches designed for superior refrigerated and freeze-thaw stability in moderate, high and ultra-high process tolerance conditions. Suitable for use in bakery fillings, salad dressings, snacks, yoghurts, fruit preparation, sauces and soups and more. 

 

CLARIA® Instant

This is our range of non-GMO, functional clean-label starch that builds viscosity without cooking. Try it when you need the convenience of an instant starch in formulations with high solid content and foods processed under low shear conditions. CLARIA® instant Starch shows process tolerance that is suitable for various temperatures, acidity, shear and harsh processing conditions. It is ideal for applications such as salad dressings, instant gravies or soups, and pastry fillings and creams.

 

CLARIA® Bliss 

CLARIA® Bliss are functional clean label tapioca-based starches that deliver a whiter colour and a cleaner flavour than other functional clean-label tapioca starches. These starches provide high performance similar to a modified tapioca starch, while being versatile across a wide variety of applications and sophisticated processes. CLARIA® Bliss thickens and sets to form a soft, translucent gel that is especially desirable in dairy desserts, sauces, confectionery and processed cheese. CLARIA® Bliss is non-GMO, gluten-free and labels as 'tapioca starch' enabling clean-label claims on a variety of applications including dairy desserts, clear sauces, chilled ready meals or filling of fresh baked goods.
